Design & Community Planning in Progress
Esquimalt Village Cohousing is actively engaged in a six-workshop design series, working closely with our professional team to shape a community that reflects the people who will live here. Members have been collaborating with Cornerstone Architecture and LADR Landscape Architects to review site and building concepts, refine home layouts, and explore shared indoor and outdoor spaces—including ground-floor common areas, outdoor gathering spaces, community gardens, and a rooftop terrace.
Through hands-on workshops and ongoing feedback, each design step brings us closer to a thoughtfully designed community that supports daily connection and shared life.
