With much of the rezoning, early development work, and foundational design already underway, our development team will continue coordinating with our architects and professional partners to complete remaining design approvals and regulatory steps.

We’ll engage a trusted local construction contractor to support the next phase, ensuring the project progresses efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with the community’s vision.

Our team will also secure and negotiate the construction financing needed to move confidently into the building phase.

As construction begins, our professionals will oversee day-to-day progress, maintain strong cost controls, and provide clear, consistent updates so members always know where things stand.

We’ll help the community establish effective management structures to support long-term success and a smooth transition into cohousing life.

And when you’re ready, we’ll also provide guidance and support for individual mortgage financing to prepare for your future home at Esquimalt Village Cohousing.
