UPDATE:
Design Workshop #3 - Landscape Architecture
On Sep 20, Esquimalt Village Cohousing held the third of our six planned Design Workshops.
We enjoyed meeting Landscape Architect, Chris Windjack of LADR (above). Working in small groups we reviewed and gave feedback on his initial concepts for the grounds around the building and our planned rooftop terrace.
We gave feedback to the professional team, agreeing that the Landscape architecture for the site at 1140 Esquimalt Road is looking great, as are the unit designs!
Inside the building, the ground floor common areas are coming along under the guidance of Cornerstone Architecture's Geza Zellerman and Scott Kennedy (pictured below showing some exterior materials ideas to our members).
Ready to see some unit plans..?
Associate Members gain access to all our design materials and can engage with the design team at our design workshops. Read on to lean more...
