Our architectural team is preparing the rezoning application, with purchase completion expected in early November 2025. We have exciting news! Our offer was accepted on the group's preferred site in the heart of Esquimalt. We have a prime location between Fernhill Rd and Joffre St now under contract to purchase, subject to the favourable outcome of our feasibility investigation.
Off to a Great Start! “Getting Your Community Built”
Our recent "Getting Your Community Built Workshop" drew 23 Associate Members and their families to Harbourside Cohousing just west of Victoria in Sooke, BC. Participants learned essential steps for building their cohousing community and number committed to supporting the project move forward by becoming Pre-Equity members.
