This is not an offering for sale. Any such offering can only be made after the filing of a Disclosure Statement under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act (REDMA).

Our disclosure statement is in the process of being prepared. Once filed, we will wait for acceptance from the BC Financial Services Authority before posting our price list.

At Esquimalt  Village Cohousing our homes will be sold at what it costs to develop them - there is no profit. However, the final cost is around what you would pay for a new condominium in Esquimalt. Therefore members of the community need to have the financial means to purchase a market priced home.
