On July 30th, we officially secured our future home at 1140-1148 Esquimalt Road in the heart of Esquimalt, BC. Through the collective commitment of our community members, we've successfully waived conditions and placed a deposit on this prime location.

Esquimalt Village Cohousing is nearing a major design milestone, with the rezoning package nearly complete and members actively shaping the community’s future home. Recent workshops with landscape architect Chris Windjack (LADR) refined plans for the rooftop terrace, outdoor gathering spaces, and overall site layout, while Cornerstone Architecture continues to advance the design of interior common areas. Materials, layouts, and shared spaces are now being finalized with direct member input, bringing the vision of a vibrant, collaboratively designed community to life.
