Designed Together, From the Ground Up
Designed by the People Who Will Live Here

Design & Community Planning in Progress
Esquimalt Village Cohousing is actively engaged in a six-workshop design series, working closely with our professional team to shape the community together. Members are collaborating with Cornerstone Architecture and LADR Landscape Architects to review site and building concepts and make key design decisions that are guiding the project forward.
As part of this process, the community has already identified shared elements such as our rooftop terrace, ground-floor common areas, outdoor gathering spaces, and community gardens. Members have also prioritized convenient shared gathering spaces throughout the building to support everyday connection.
Through hands-on collaboration and regular feedback, the design continues to take shape in ways that reflect the values and priorities of the people who will call Esquimalt Village Cohousing home.
